This project comprises of 2 chalet complexes that are located in Zaarour within the highlands of the Metn region, 37km away from the capital at an altitude of 2000m above the sea level.

The total surface area of this project is a combined area of 40000 meters squared, comprising of 49 residences, including 98 units.

Each residence is three-storied either in the simplex or duplex form.

The project has been designed carefully to avoid the attached residences. The chalets overall form a harmonious architecture integrated to the mountainous atmosphere, namely the steep roofs decorated with red tiles.

Moreover, the project ensures its adherence to the international standards on construction in high altitude regions.

The internal part is luxurious, ensuring the usage of materials of the best quality.
