The Kefraya Agricultural Development Center, located on Plot No. 442 in the West Bekaa District, was commissioned by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) and financed by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
The project is situated on a 4,500 m² site, with a total contract value of USD 1,897,180. Construction commenced in 2012 and was successfully completed in 2014.
The development consists of a main building extending over four levels, designed to accommodate administrative, educational, and support facilities for the agricultural development center.
- Basement Level: Parking area and electromechanical service rooms.
- Ground Floor: Facilities including the director's office, assistant's office, kindergarten sections, multipurpose hall, archives, teachers' and supervisors' rooms, rest room, play room, kitchen, snack area, storage rooms, sanitary facilities, and covered playgrounds.
- First Floor: Main entrance, administrative offices for the director, secretary, assistant, supervisors, and professors, classrooms, guardhouse, sick bay, archives, storage rooms, and sanitary facilities.
- Second Floor: Administrative offices, general supervisor's office, assistant's office, professors' rooms, multipurpose hall, library, technology and art workshops, preparation rooms, music room, storage areas, and supporting facilities.
The center was designed to provide a modern educational and administrative environment, integrating functional learning spaces with comprehensive support facilities to serve the agricultural development needs of the West Bekaa region.
