The Kamd El Lawz Intermediate School, located in the West Bekaa District, was commissioned by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) and financed by the Islamic Development Bank.

The project is situated on a 14,000 m² site and comprises a total built-up area of 3,400 m². Construction began in 2009 and was completed in 2011, with a contract value of USD 2.21 million.

The school consists of a three-level main building designed to provide a modern, functional, and efficient educational environment.

Basement Level: Dedicated to parking facilities and electromechanical service rooms.

Ground Floor: Accommodates the kindergarten section, the director's office, assistant's office, administrative facilities, teachers' and supervisors' rooms, a multipurpose hall, archives, rest and play rooms, a kitchen, snack bar, storage rooms, sanitary facilities, and covered playgrounds.

First Floor: Houses the main entrance lobby, administrative offices, the director's office, secretary's office, assistant's office, supervisors' and teachers' rooms, classrooms, a guardhouse, sick bay, archives, storage rooms, and sanitary facilities.

Second Floor: Contains the administrative offices, general supervisor's office, assistant's office, teachers' rooms, classrooms, a library, technology and art workshops, music and preparation rooms, storage areas, and supporting facilities.

Designed to meet contemporary educational standards, the school provides a well-organized learning environment with comprehensive academic, administrative, and recreational facilities, ensuring a functional and welcoming campus for both students and staff.
