It is a multifunctional project that contains:

- A Trade center that offers a variety of support services.

- Business center, housing areas and a bank.

- Planning of delivery zones and stock deposits for the stores.

- Parking area over 3 floors for the entire scope of the project.

The general edifice is treated as an urban sculpture:

A monumental portico through which appears a vast esplanade and a major axis, which pierces through the esplanade's heart, linking thus the 2 entrances to the project.

Crowning the whole composition, a portico closes the two buildings.
