Beirut Medical Center
Beirut Medical Center
Beirut, Lebanon 1997

This Medical Center forms part of the National Medical Centers Project commissioned by the Ministry of Public Health in collaboration with the Executive Council for Major Projects.

Located in the Chiyah district of Beirut, the facility occupies a 1,500 m² site and is organized over five levels. Given the limited footprint of the site, the building was designed vertically to maximize functionality while ensuring efficient circulation and patient accessibility.

- The ground floor accommodates the main reception hall, information desk, waiting area, and administrative offices.

- The upper floors house consultation clinics, a dental clinic, radiology services, a pharmacy, a medical laboratory, and pharmaceutical storage facilities.

- The underground level is dedicated to parking and technical service rooms.

Designed in continuity with the broader Medical Centers Project, the building reinterprets the traditional architectural character of Lebanese civic buildings through a contemporary architectural language, combining cultural identity with modern healthcare functionality.
