Located in Abadieh along the Beirut–Damascus Highway, this residential development is designed as a tranquil summer retreat, offering a harmonious blend of privacy, accessibility, and landscaped outdoor spaces.

The project consists of six interconnected villas and one detached villa, with a total built-up area of approximately 3,000 square meters.

Each villa is distributed over three floors, providing spacious and functional living areas while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity throughout the development.

Two landscaped public squares enhance the project's sense of community: the first is positioned at the main entrance, creating a welcoming arrival point, while the second is located between the detached villa and the cluster of five interconnected villas, serving as a central gathering space.

The circulation system has been carefully designed to separate vehicular and pedestrian movement. Vehicular access is provided from the lower side of the site, while dedicated pedestrian pathways ensure safe and pleasant circulation throughout the development. These two circulation networks are connected by a series of stairways leading to the two public squares, reinforcing accessibility and the spatial relationship between the different areas of the project.
